What to expect
We know that visiting a church for the first time can be terrifying. We are honored that you would consider taking a chance on us. We know part of what makes visiting so scary is not knowing what to expect. This page is our attempt to help you know exactly what you’re walking into.
When & Where
When: Sunday mornings, in person at 8, 9:30 & 11 a.m., and online at 11 am. Both services are identical.
Where: Attend in-person at 959 Church St W Monmouth, OR, 97361 or watch online at live.mymcc.cc.
What: The worship service is often the front door experience to MCC. We aim to produce gospel-proclaiming, Jesus-praising worship services where life-change is expected. We hope our time together encourages you and helps you grow closer to Jesus.

FAQs
How long are the services?
Our services normally last about 70 minutes. We include videos, music with a live band, and a teaching from one of our team members. We end with a time of taking communion together. This is completely optional.
Am I welcome if I’m not a Christian?
100%! In fact, we’ve designed MCC with you in mind. We want our church to be a place where you can belong before you believe. You can have questions, doubts, hurts, and pains, and you’re still always welcome.
Will I be singled out if I’m new?
No way! That would be super awkward, huh? We would never do that. We'd love to meet you. We'd love to connect with you. However, it's always up to you to decide what you're comfortable with. One thing is for sure. No one will call you out.
Is there a dress code?
Nope. Come as you are and wear whatever you feel comfortable in. You can "dress up" if you want to or wear casual clothes. Most people who call MCC “home” dress casually, but you are invited to dress however you feel most comfortable. God is more interested in your heart than how you’re dressed.
What about my kids?
We’ve got them covered. MCC Kids has its own service where they’re taught the Bible in age-appropriate environments, play games, do art projects, and make great friends. Our goal is to create a fun, secure, and clean environment where they're well cared for and loved. MCC Kids offers environments for kids from birth through fifth grade. Of course, they are always welcome to stay with you in service. We also have a “family room” if you need some privacy at any point during the morning. Contact us at MCCKids@mymcc.cc.
